Black & Red Theme
By DarrylSince I couldn’t think of a better name, here’s the Black & Red Theme that was created during the tutorial on Creating Your Own WordPress Theme. There are no restrictions on usage since it’s released under the GPL, but I would appreciate you keeping the link in the footer. Other than that, I hope it helps you to create your own themes.

I updated the file to reflect the changes that I’ve made on the main index page for the famfamfam silk icons and how pages are displayed. Also, for those of you who don’t like red (the red was making my eyes bleed 
) there is now a blue option.

I used your theme (Black and Red) and I want to download your updated theme, but when I clicked the download link, nothing happen.
Do you mind if you send me direct link via my email including: Basic Theme, Black & Red Theme v1.3. Black & Blue Theme v1.3.
Now I want to edit the theme as the left sidebar on the left, the right sidebar on the right, and the content on the center. What should I do ? I try to edit it but some thing is difficult (edit style.css, siderbar.php ).

My download manager isn’t co-operating with WP 2.5, so I have direct linked to the files. You should be able to download them with no problem now. Just go to Free WordPress Themes to download them.
As far as making the theme 3 column with sidebars on each side and content in the middle, that would require you to change a lot of the css. It can be done, and I’ll look into doing it when I get a chance.

Same question here. It would be nice to have a demo site for previewing the themes. Anyway thank you again for a very useful site.
It is on my TODO list. Unfortunately my TODO list is incredibly long right now…
This theme is very beautiful. I’m using it.But i want you recode the sidebar. The sidebar should have a sidebar and a left, a right sidebar. I think it is convenient for bloger.
